Responsibilities included:

Designing technical implementation of all scenic elements

Creating all build drawings

Coordinating and leading load in and load out of all scenic pieces

Training and leading a 3 person construction team

Ensuring safety of all scenic elements in build and implementation

Delivering a finished set within three weeks of project start

Scheduling work calls in coordination with other departments
DESIGN
The theme for 2019's Halloween party was Twisted Candyland. The main scenic element was to be a giant candy castle with the doorway being a gaping neon mouth full of rotting teeth. The most important elements to the designer were the frosted taffy towers on either side of the stage. The main inspiration for the design was the tubes filled with candy found in most stores and incorporating tubes filled with candy was highly desirable.
